No. Commission Clarity is not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We provide structured informational analysis of the document you give us. If you want legal advice, talk to a licensed attorney in your state, and we’ll happily hand you the report to bring to them.
Will my employer find out?
No. We don’t contact your employer. Your plan and your analysis are private to you.
How long does it take?
Most reviews are ready in under 10 minutes after payment. Complex multi-document plans, or submissions with a prior plan and a deals CSV, may take longer; we’ll email you when it’s ready.
Can I send last year’s plan or my deals?
Yes, both are optional and free. Last year’s plan unlocks a year-over-year comparison. A CSV / Salesforce export of last year’s deals lets us model what you would have earned under this new plan vs. the old one.
Does jurisdiction matter?
Yes. State and country rules differ on when commissions are “earned,” when they have to be paid out after termination, and whether plans must be in writing. Tell us your jurisdiction and we’ll surface the relevant considerations, informational only, not legal advice.
What if my plan is missing things?
If your plan is silent on something important, clawbacks, deal credit, termination treatment, we’ll flag that as a gap and tell you what to ask for in writing.
